JOB DESCRIPTION
Main duties and responsibilities are as follows
- Advise and assist Project Director and/or Project Manager in the management and execution of project management planning, control monitoring and project scheduling implementation & its monitoring.
- Prepare and update project schedule management plan,
- Project Scheduling and Controlling:
- Assuming responsibility for developing the project baseline schedule and localized detail level construction schedule, assessing the accuracy of all schedules;
- Incorporating all stakeholders activities and scope into programme for overall control & monitoring;
- Tracking the work progress, manage the scheduling tool and resource leveling (using P6 and MS Project);
- Supervising the work of the planning/scheduling from project varies vendors and subcontractors;
- Assisting in the presentation of scheduling and other control procedures to management;
- Analyzing programme/interface problems, implementing solutions and expediting progress;
- Monitor and analyse progress, schedule, manpower and assists in analysing cost/margin against baseline plan and current plan. Prepare and maintain forecast schedule and initiate corrective actions when this schedule deviates from current plan.
- Prepare and communicate project internal and external reports and lead/manage/participate in planning meetings (External Project Weekly/Monthly Progress meetings, Internal Project Coordination Meetings, Subcontractors / Vendors’ regular progress meeting, etc.).
- Performance Schedule Assessment & Forecasting: Assess variances against baselines for schedule, and resource usage (labor and productivity, materials, and equipment).
- Support project commercial team with necessary Delay Impact Analysis for both internal (vendors/subcontractor/consortium partners) and external (client).
- Assist to develop, maintain the Project Risk Register and Project Lesson Learned Register and share amongst KS team.
- Contribute to KS Project Planning Standard Operation Procedures development and apply them into daily project planning tasks.
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Taking MoM( minutes of meeting ) with S.O during weekly meeting
- Write a letter to register if any delay claim to S.O, Sub-contractor, consortium among partners,
- Support with BIM team on 4D generation/construction sequence
- Support on new tender on planning of base line programme generation
- Site walk with client, project management, sub contractor to follow up the work progress at site in align with planned date with Master schedule
-Support on EOT claim with contract /QS team
