About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Planner to join our Workforce Administration Team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Prepare rosters for relevant departments using the designated rostering system.
- Liaise with departments and operations managers regarding labour-related issues and requirements.
- Process all relevant documentation and complete administrative requirements accurately and within established timelines.
- Provide employees with support and assistance regarding labour-related and payroll policies and procedures.
- Act in accordance with established HR and departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide all internal customers with prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures and comply with the Company Code of Conduct when carrying out duties.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in scheduling is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Strong communication, observation and organisational skills.
- Mature and trustworthy with good attention to detail
- Confident, friendly and courteous in interactions with others.
- A team player who responds quickly to operational demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
