Your role will be to create and update the master production plan.
On a daily basis, your tasks will include:
- Creating and updating the master production schedule based on customer requested delivery dates while optimizing the use of production resources;
- Monitoring the execution of the production plan, escalating risks of delayed deliveries, and participating in the order prioritization process;
- Confirming order shipment dates and communicating these to coworkers;
- Preparing a weekly summary of production plan execution;
- Providing accurate data for reports;
- Participating in the implementation of new products;
- Collaborating closely with other departments (e.g., Production, Order Management, Material Supply, Engineering).
Our requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree is required, preferably in Economics or Supply Chain/Logistics;
- Practical knowledge of logistics and manufacturing is essential;
- Proficiency in Polish and English is necessary to understand others and perform your work effectively;
- Professional experience in an international company in Supply Chain Management;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Familiarity with any ERP system is a plus (by the way, have you heard about Oracle?);
- As you will be managing a large volume of data, attention to detail and accuracy are crucial;
- To succeed, you must be proactive and able to efficiently organize your work and prioritize tasks;
- You will be working with various stakeholders, so highly developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential; having expertise in negotiations and influencing others may also be beneficial;
- Production is a dynamic environment, so flexibility, the ability to work under time pressure, and effective stress management are necessary;
