Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Main Responsibilities: 主要职责
Logistics part: Logistics/物流方面
- Be responsible for KLA China ( GSS/ KTSET/other department ) cargo importation and exportation daily detail operation to meet shipment inbound and outbound KPI. (HS code checking, Customs / CIQ documentation checking, monitor customs declaration and cargo delivery performance, arrange whole transportation and other relate affairs)
- Define SOP, KPI, manage vendor and coach team.
- Be responsible for shipment billing check and payment process.
- Support finance team to finish cargo payment process.
- Be responsible to support KTPE project logistics alignment for internal and external. (HS code checking, Customs / CIQ documentation checking, and other relate affairs)
- Be responsible standardize and centralized china HS codes and do align with Trade compliance team.
- Be responsible for new business Logistics work to address compliance gaps and align with Internal and external.
- Follow up & put in place of any latest policy /regulation published by the customs and analysis for each site and standardize and optimize the operation process.
- Supporting manager for internal and external communication and coordination of customs affairs.
- Customs /CIQ systems application & database maintenance where needed.
- Build up effective communication with customs, CIQ and keep a good relationship with government authorities to enhance the company reputation properly.
- Provide consultant to other business teams on Customs & CIQ regulations, in business expansion projects.
- Participate in countrywide compliance review.
- Able to travel domestically/ internationally to support regional logistics requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor or above education background.
本科学历及以上学历背景。
- Minimum 5 years hands-on working experience in import/export/customs operations.
8年以上进出口/海关操作的实际经验。
- Good knowledge in Customs & Trade area. Classification knowledge required.

- Interest and experience in tracking and analyzing on related regulations.

- Experience in government relating, some linkage with related Customs & CIQ authorities preferred.

- Experience in leading the broker and forwarder selection & management.

- Experience in bonded warehouse management.

- Have good team spirit, have certain ability to resist pressure.

- Skillful with MS office and Familiar with SAP

- Good communication skill on both English and Chinese, strong interpersonal skill. (English CET4 or above)
