Job Description:

We’re looking for a Plan Amendment Process Analyst to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible in completing all requests / transactions efficiently and accurately to meet the Service Levels set by the management with the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit.

  • Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed.

  • Report all system issues that may affect the operations. 

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 yrs in College ; preferably graduate of any business-related course.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Excellent typing skills

  • Good written skills and good verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Accuracy and keen attention to details

  • Knowledge in US Retirement Products is a plus
