DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cooking a variety of pizzas according to their restaurant’s recipes and standards.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Previous experience in a similar post in Malta.
- Be familiar with wood-burning ovens.
- Be familiar with hand opening of pizza dough.
- Familiar with Pizza and Mediterranean food.
- Fluent in English.
- Candidates should expect to produce a clean police conduct certificate if selected for client interview.
- Non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.
EDUCATION
Possess training from any reputable Culinary schools.
WORKING TIME
Shift basis; Monday to Sunday - two days off (depending on the roster), 40 hours per week.
