We are seeking Pipe Fitters to perform skilled maintenance, repair,
installation, and testing of piping systems and stationary equipment in
petrochemical and oil & gas facilities, ensuring safe and reliable plant
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance and repair of stationary equipment such
as boilers, heat exchangers, heaters, vessels, columns, reactors, and
furnaces.
- Perform maintenance of water treatment plants, marine/crude
loading arms, firefighting systems, and piping networks.
- Dismantle, install, align, and assemble piping systems and all
types of valves (excluding control valves).
- Execute boxing-up of flanges, valves, manholes, and equipment
internals during shutdowns and maintenance activities.
- Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing for
valves, heat exchangers, boilers, heater coils, and piping systems.
- Read and interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, and technical
specifications.
- Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and HSE
regulations.
- Support plant shutdown and turnaround activities within
scheduled timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Petrochemical or Oil
& Gas industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in piping maintenance and stationary
equipment repair.
- Knowledge of pressure testing procedures and safety standards.
- Familiar with refinery and production plant maintenance
environments.
- Good understanding of safety practices and ability to work in
hazardous areas.
Skills Required
