About the Role

Position

We are seeking a strategic, digitally fluent content leader to drive the development, packaging, and distribution of differentiated private markets content across institutional and wealth audiences. This role sits at the intersection of investment expertise, storytelling, digital strategy, and audience engagement — translating complex private equity, venture capital, and private credit insights into compelling, audience-centric thought leadership and digital experiences.

The ideal candidate combines deep content creation capabilities with strong editorial judgment, private markets knowledge, and modern digital marketing expertise. They will own and oversee the overarching content strategy for our private investing platform, ensuring content supports fundraising priorities, executive positioning, brand visibility, and commercial outcomes across channels.

This individual will collaborate closely with investment professionals, fundraising teams, sales, marketing, digital, and legal/compliance partners to produce and promote high-quality multimedia content experiences that drive engagement and action.

Core responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership

  • Translate complex financial insights into compelling, audience-centric thought leadership and digital assets.

  • Identify timely private markets themes informed by market dynamics, news cycles, investor sentiment, and emerging industry trends.

  • Lead both planned and rapid-response platform, fund, and brand-related content initiatives.

  • Develop scalable programs that elevate the firm’s presence and investors across private markets, venture capital, and private credit.

Content Creation & Multimedia Production

  • Produce and edit high-quality multi-format content in partnership with investment teams and senior leaders, including:

  • Articles and commentaries

  • Executive perspectives and thought leadership

  • Videos and podcasts

  • Webinars and event materials

  • Email communications

  • Social media content

  • Digital assets and promotional materials

  • Lead thought leadership publication processes and create supporting promotional assets including webpages, social posts, PDFs, summaries, short-form videos, and campaign materials.

  • Build and maintain a multimedia content library supporting private markets education, storytelling, and fundraising efforts.

  • Ensure content maintains consistent messaging, tone, and positioning across formats, audiences, regions, and channels.

Digital Content & Experience Strategy

  • Partner with digital marketing and distribution teams to maximize visibility, engagement, and amplification of content initiatives.

  • In partnership with Marketing Manager, develop integrated promotion strategies across websites, email, social media, webinars, podcasts, video platforms, and events.

  • Apply audience insights, engagement analytics, and sales feedback globally to optimize content effectiveness and distribution strategies.

  • Identify and activate net-new content opportunities informed by user behavior, search trends, engagement data, and market developments.

  • Embrace modern content workflows where seamless collaboration between people and machines is essential, including responsible use of AI-enabled content tools.

Stakeholder & Workflow Management

  • Partner closely with investment professionals, sales leaders, fundraising teams, digital marketing, and legal/compliance stakeholders.

  • Support executive positioning efforts by helping senior leaders craft differentiated external perspectives.

  • Lead end-to-end content workflows, including:

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track content performance using engagement analytics, digital metrics, campaign results, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Leverage content-as-signal thinking by identifying what audiences search for, engage with, escalate, and struggle to understand — feeding those insights back into future content priorities and broader strategic initiatives.

  • Continuously refine content strategy based on performance data, audience behavior, fundraising outcomes, and market developments.
