Job Description

Join our dynamic team of allied health professionals as a Physiotherapist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Delivering specialized, evidence-based physical therapy within a private hospital, this role focuses on providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care across orthopedic, neurological, and cardiorespiratory specialties. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the physiotherapist designs and implements tailored rehabilitation plans to accelerate patient recovery, optimize functional independence, and facilitate safe discharge.

About You

To thrive in this position, we seek a skilled physiotherapist dedicated to exemplary patient care, aligned with Ramsay’s values. Your expertise, coupled with strong communication and teamwork abilities, will be pivotal in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will also bring the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapist and current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
  • Proficient clinical reasoning skills in inpatient settings
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities for effective Physiotherapy delivery within assigned caseloads
  • Capacity to efficiently handle workload demands and prioritise tasks
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development.
  • Minimum of 3 years' post graduate experience
  • Experience supervising junior staff and students (desirable)
  • Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives or research
  • Experience in any of the following areas cardio respiratory , ICU, ED or Orthopaedics (desirable)
