Hunters Hill Private Hospital, Centre for Surgical & Rehabilitation Specialities is a 40-bed surgical, medical and rehabilitation hospital, owned and operated by one of Australia's preeminent private hospital operators, Ramsay Health Care. The hospital is located in the Sydney suburb of Hunters Hill, approximately 10 kilometres north west of the centre of Sydney.

The Opportunity

As a Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and discharge planning with a focus on quality, safety and patient outcomes. You will work alongside other highly motivated and dedicated Allied Health staff in achieving exceptional outcomes and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

At Hunters Hill, we pride ourselves on our high level of care and patient outcomes. We specialise in providing care for orthopaedics, fractures and reconditioning type patients. Candidates will be working in both the Inpatient and Day Rehab areas of service. Hours are flexible and can be easily adapted to work around school hours or your own preferences.

Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to work across various other Ramsay Healthcare sites in Sydney and surrounds.

 Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
• 1 year or more experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
• Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice
