Position Overview:

Performs duties related to primary or specialty care physician recruitment and is responsible for representing Sutter Health and assigned medical group(s). Manages sourcing, vetting, and interviewing activities for their assigned specialties and geography. Oversees the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

Job Description:

This is a hybrid position that requires flexibility and regular travel across the Bay Area, Valley, and Sacramento regions. This role partners with a diverse range of departments, business areas, and medical leaders across the organization.
This is a full-service physician recruitment position requiring strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, demonstrated physician recruitment experience, and the ability to conduct effective onsite visits with leaders and candidates. Success in this role requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple regions, building trusted relationships with medical leaders, and proactively developing talent pipelines to meet organizational needs.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Human Resources, Healthcare or other related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Basic knowledge of human resource principles, policies and procedures.
Computer and data management skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and advanced MS Outlook skills.
Must have interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and change priorities as appropriate.
Written and verbal communications and customer service skills with the ability to listen well.
Able to deal discreetly with confidential information, including physician salary ranges.
Must be self-starter who can independently manage own projects and time.

Pay Range is $97,032.00 to $145,558.40 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
