Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of PHP applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality, performance, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Team Lead, with expertise in PHP development
- Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
