About the job:- Identify risk operating conditions of equipment within the same area.
- Designs preventative maintenance programs.
- Optimize the quality of spare parts, formulate improvement plans, design spare parts drawings, introduce new technologies/materials, and assess change risks.
- Be familiar with inventory costs, estimate spare parts consumption, understand slow-moving inventory, and be familiar with high-value spare parts.
- Track the implementation status of RFQ, inspect the secondary distribution of factory affairs, inspect new equipment, update the equipment management system, and carry out the "Buy off" campaign
Education: Bachelor with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 6 years minimum experience in maintenance environment of Fab Equipment
- Maintainance equipment experience in Semiconductor wafer Fab WET ETCH
- Good working knowledge of PLCs & Automation and troubleshooting skills
- Possess Excellent and effective communication and presentation skills, both orally and written in English
- A good working knowledge and computer hardware and software. Microsoft software, AutoCAD, etc
