Curriculum Development and Implementation
Classroom Management and organization: Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning, while also fostering a sense of inclusivity and respect among students.
Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.
Individualized Support: Identify and address the unique needs of each student and provide support
Parent/Guardian Communication and Teacher: Through regular conferences.
Student Engagement: Foster a love of learning by creating a dynamic and interactive classroom environment.
Classroom Resources: Manage and utilize educational materials, technology, and resources effectively
Professional Development: Continuously update knowledge and teaching strategies through professional development.
School Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to create a supportive and cohesive educational community.
Resource Management: Manage the allocation of educational resources such as textbooks, teaching aids, and technology for primary school classrooms. This includes budgeting and procurement.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyse data related to student performance and school operations. Use data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of education.
