As a PGM Coordinator you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history and innovation. As a PGM Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Follows every new Customer’s requirement, aligned with ISO TS procedures system
  • Prepares PGM control reports
  • Completes PGM inbound process, storage, and provides high-quality PGM supply service to production lines
  • Follow proper handling and accounting of Precious Metals throughout the site. Collect and analyze related data and summarized as mass balances variances, stock take variances, refining variances. Approve mass balance and refinery variances withing limit.
  • Booking PGM waste. Preparing refinery shipments. Booking refinery returns, conducts investigation if is required and submits for approval. Work with other departments to reduce PGM refining volumes and associated costs through provision of data to drive improvement efforts. Act to achieve PGM Waste target % (generation and inventory on stock).
  • Pass all customer and internal audits with good scores, without nonconformity. Achieve zero customer complaints.
  • Support each collaboration request within the site by sharing data and best practices.
  • Always do the job in a safe manner and under NO circumstances compromise safety to do things quicker or with short cuts! Ensure Safe working environment and point out unsafe behavior or equipment

 Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree - Faculty of Economy, Natural Science or Mathematics
  • Advance level of communication in English and Macedonian (written and verbal)
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Experienced at communicating to all levels and types of stakeholders.
  • Flexibility under conditions of change essential.
