What you will do

The Senior Associate serves as a subject matter resource for product data and reporting processes, helping ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information used across internal and external platforms. 

The role collaborates with multiple business partners; including but not limited to Sales, Consultant Relations, and the RFP team, to gather information, resolve data issues, and deliver timely and accurate reporting solutions.

What you can expect
  • Collect and provide data to support the Institutional Sales Team, Consultant Relations Team and Client Managers with business development efforts
  • Effectively partner with our Request for Proposal (RFP) Team to complete data sections in RFPs; at times quick turn-around times are required
  • Understand where data is stored and warehoused, efficiently retrieve the data and manage it in client friendly and legally compliant format to service a broad range of ad-hoc data and reporting requests such as assets, staffing, performance and characteristics
  • Ensure data owners and sales team are kept updated on progress, status and any issues surrounding the ad-hoc data project
  • Providing product advice and information to all areas of the company
  • Management of multiple, large scale cross departmental projects
  • Supporting consultant database management as well as improving current processes by focusing on automation; performance reporting, marketing materials, ad hoc data requests, competitive analysis, and product-related research
What you will bring
  • Significant experience in either product data, business development, client management or operations within the asset or wealth management, consulting or investment banking industry.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously; strong execution and follow through skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and build partnerships across functions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Communications, or related field preferred).

  • Experience or familiarity with investment markets preferred, including public fixed income, private credit, equity, real estate.
  • Project management skills with a focus on deadlines, accuracy, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
