Our Quantitative Solutions business is seeking a talented and driven Executive Assistant to work closely with leadership for our Equity and Multi-Asset investment teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a demanding environment and takes pride in supporting a high‑performing investment leadership team.
What you can expect:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support including preparation and coordination of communications, calendar management, and meeting logistics.
- Organize and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling large meetings with senior‑level executives across the company.
- Coordinate complex international travel across multiple time zones and regions, leveraging knowledge of global geographies, visa requirements, and cultural considerations to ensure seamless execution.
- Support client meetings by coordinating agendas, preparation materials, logistics (including catering and security clearance), compliance pre‑approvals, and internal prep sessions.
- Prepare, edit, and produce high‑quality PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, reports, and other executive‑ready materials, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on efficiency and consistency.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for written and verbal communications on behalf of the Investments leadership team.
- Participate in coordinating employee and volunteer events as part of the shared administrative team responsibilities.
- Provide backup coverage for other Executive Assistants and collaborate closely with the Quantitative Solutions Admin Team on ad hoc projects and broader initiatives.
What you will bring:
- Minimum of six years of experience supporting senior‑level executives in a fast‑paced professional environment.
- Prior experience in the financial services or investment management industry.
- Hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset with a willingness to take on whatever is needed to support the team.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability; approaches work with a client‑service orientation.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve.
- Proven project and workflow management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent requests while maintaining accuracy and follow‑through.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, executive‑level deliverables.
- Strong time‑management and prioritization skills, with the judgment to manage shifting deadlines and competing stakeholder needs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; strong working knowledge of Excel for tracking, organization, and analysis.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and judgment in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams to align priorities and business objectives.
- Working knowledge of Concur and Workday.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree

This position will work a 3 day hybrid schedule in our Newark, NJ office.
Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary range for this role is from $95,000.00 to $115,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
