How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsável prioritariamente pelos pagamentos e seu controle. Além de apoiar o time do contencioso no monitoramento de devolutivas dos escritórios e áreas internas de subsídios, relatórios, etc.- Realizar o fluxo de pagamentos de Notas Fiscais (NFs) de honorários advocatícios e prestadores de serviço do jurídico.
- Emitir, conferir e processar o pagamento de guias de custas e depósitos judiciais.
- Efetuar a conferência detalhada dos valores faturados e pagos aos escritórios parceiros, garantindo a conformidade com os contratos estabelecidos.
- Organizar, atualizar e controlar o fluxo e o histórico de todos os pagamentos do departamento.
- Realizar o cadastro de novos fornecedores nos sistemas internos da empresa. Controlar e organizar os documentos de compliance e contratação de parceiros (como NDAs, contratos, propostas comerciais e termos de aceite do Código de Conduta).
- Apoiar no envio, coleta de assinaturas e controle de substabelecimentos e procurações para os escritórios externos. pesquisa de jurisprudência; preenchimento de KPIs; contato com áreas internas da empresa para solicitação de documentos e subsídios.
