What will you be doing here?

Liderar a equipe técnica e gerenciar todas as atividades de manutenção (corretiva, preventiva e preditiva) da fábrica.
Garantir a máxima disponibilidade, confiabilidade e segurança dos equipamentos, otimizando custos e assegurando o cumprimento das normas técnicas e de segurança. 
 

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Quais conhecimentos e vivências você vai precisar para compartilhar com a nossa rede?

 

Liderança: Liderar a equipe técnica, garantindo o desenvolvimento do time de técnicos e planejadores de manutenção.

Gestão da Manutenção: Gerenciar todas as atividades de manutenção (preditiva, preventiva e corretiva) da fábrica otimizando os recursos disponíveis e garantindo a confiabilidade dos equipamentos.

Melhoria Contínua: Liderar o pilar de Manutenção Planejada (TPM) na fábrica e implementar projetos de melhoria para aumento de MTBF, redução de MTTR, eficiência energética, etc.

Gestão de Custos: Controlar e otimizar as despesas de manutenção, atuando nos desvios em relação ao orçamento e gerenciando contratos de prestadores de serviços.

 

Quais os requisitos? 

• Ensino superior completo em Engenharia (Automação, Elétrica, Mecânica, Produção ou áreas correlatas);

• Experiência em gestão de equipes de manutenção;

• Conhecimento sólido em técnicas de manutenção corretiva, preventiva e preditiva;

• Conhecimento em normas de segurança, como NR-10, NR-12 e NR-35;

• Habilidades de liderança, comunicação e resolução de problemas.
   

Quais os diferenciais?

• Pós-graduação em gestão da manutenção ou áreas correlatas;

• Sólido conhecimento em automação;

• Conhecimento avançado em Excel ou Google Planilhas;

• Conhecimento em TPM.
