About the Job (Personalization Officer): Managing cards and PIN’s packaging and delivering to authorized banks carriers.
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in providing the secure storage and accounting of blank payment cards.
• Maintaining tight control over the requisitioning of blank payment cards, and the dispatch of personalized cards.
• Performing daily inventory stock reconciliations of blank card stocks
• Performing weekly audit stock counts of the blank card stocks
• Update the blank payment card inventory system when payment cards are added or removed from the vault according to operational procedures.
• Production of statistical management information reports to Perso Manager
• Work with NI site and IT security audit functions to ensure continued security of card personalization activity
• Collections of Personalized Cards and PIN Mailers
• Deliver Cards and Pins on the approved times with approved couriers as authorized.
• Performing monthly stock counts of card stocks with the security department supervision.
• Perform the needed testing for the personalized cards.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any other related field.
- Experience: Minimum of (1-2) years of experience
- Languages: Arabic - Fluent | English – Very Good.
