Job DescriptionAs a Personalisation Strategy Manager (FTC), you will lead the development and delivery of data-driven audience strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive growth. Working across digital, CRM and data teams, you’ll turn insight into personalised experiences that increase relevance, conversion and long-term customer value.
QualificationsAs Personalisation Strategy Manager, you will…
- Develop and deliver personalisation and audience strategies that drive customer engagement, frequency and retention
- Use data and segmentation to create targeted, relevant customer experiences across digital and CRM channels
- Partner with data science, product, CRM and marketing teams to deliver value from our MarTech and customer data platforms
- Lead the development of measurement frameworks to track customer value and identify next best actions
- Support the rollout of AI-led decisioning and personalisation capabilities to enhance digital customer journeys
What you’ll bring…
- Strong experience in customer data, analytics, segmentation and personalisation within a B2C environment
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive commercial outcomes
- Experience working with customer data platforms and CRM tools (e.g. Treasure Data, Braze or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple teams
- Analytical and commercially minded, with a passion for improving customer experience through data
