The Role
- SCEL is exclusively focused on the development of a robust pipeline of HNW, Ultra HNW, and Family Office prospects with an eye towards immediate revenue and long-term pipeline for sustainable growth in the NY Metro area and Boston Metro area
- Hybrid sales, strategic consulting, executive stewardship role
- SCEL is expected to access senior relationships through internal and external networking, centers of influence, and insurance carrier partnerships
- Deliver the highest level of customer service as primary point of contact for clients in CRB segment
- Coordinate activities from across WTW to ensure excellence in the client experience
- Leads the development and strategy for client acquisition in partnership with all internal WTW IVD and all key global & regional stakeholders
- Maintains relationship with client post-win but as strategic advisor, not 'day to day'
- Drives profitable growth from the region
- Embraces and executes upon "One WTW" solutions, consulting and mindset
- Achieves target revenues in the following areas :
- Achieves revenue growth by creating effective sales strategies to new clients or upsell to current clients
- New Client expectation of $1mm in annual revenue in the first 4 years with Yr 1 at $200k booked revenue with substantial wins within the first 6 months, Yr 2 at $250k booked revenue, year 3 at $250k booked revenue, year 4 at $300k booked revenue
- Measurement by pipeline activity and material pursuits as well as booked revenue
- 95%+ client retention
- Serves as the primary 'portal' to WTW for the client, bringing the right subject matter experts & resources to the opportunity to work collaboratively with the client in that space
- Builds deep client relationships and manages the totality of the client relationship to meet Client KPIs and deliver excellence in the client experience
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Holds all regulatory licenses, certifications, or other requirements applicable under local/national legislation.
- Availability to travel on an as-needed basis
- 15+ years experience managing highly complex global accounts
- Prior experience working with C-Suite level
- Industry focus specialization a plus
- Sales experience required
- Leading self and others with the WTW values & behaviors as guide
- Recognizing the breadth of WTW and engaging resources across the matrix
- Focused delivery keeping the client needs as top of mind
- Bringing strategic thinking and delivery to enhance outcomes for both the client and WTW
- Delivering successes to WTW using resources across geographies, segments and the matrix
- Thinking and navigating proactively across WTW to utilize the resources, knowledge and tools available
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role base on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual qualifications, education/profession certifications, experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary being offered for this role is 190,000 USD to 225,000 USD per year. The role is also eligible for a Short-Term incentive plan.
