Marsh is looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor in any of its offices in Canada.
This is a hybrid role that requires being in the office three days a week.
As a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you will gain subject matter expertise in specific risk exposures and/or sales areas to expand your knowledge base and better serve clients. You will assist in advising clients on risk management solutions that align with their strategic priorities and risk exposures, cultivate relationships with team members to better meet client needs, and attend, and occasionally contribute to, internal strategy meetings to better understand company strategy and serve clients.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $54,900 to $108,700.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

We will count on you to:
· Respond to client requests and inquiries across a number of channels in a prompt and professional manner and process timely and accurate completion and/or submission of client requests in accordance with carrier guidelines.
· Analyze, counsel and recommend coverages, identify and fill coverage gaps, identify cross sell opportunities etc.
· Provide quotations, explain and select coverages based on a thorough needs analysis, prepare applications and submit in accordance with carrier guidelines and timelines.
· Complete annual renewal reviews to ensure client needs from coverage and pricing perspective are maintained.
· Obtain claims information in an empathetic, accurate and delicate manner and submit to the carrier in a timely manner.
· Re-underwrite files to ensure policy information and documentation remains up to date.
What you need to have:
· RIBO licensed preferred. If you do not have your license, that’s okay, we will be happy to sponsor you!
· College/university degrees are considered an asset.
· 1+ years’ work experience in personal lines insurance or if you are new to the industry, you are welcome to apply.
· Position starts on the 10-6 shift with the ability to graduate to an earlier shift as business needs shift. Note: all employees are required to participate in the late shift rotation once per week. (12-7pm).
· Home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
