JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant (12 month Fixed term contract/secondment)
LOCATION(S): London
HOURS: 35 hours a week
WORKING PATTERN: Full time
SALARY: £41,240
About this opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity within Transactional Banking. You’ll play a leading role in providing high-quality administrative support, including complex diary management. You’ll help coordinate meetings, manage logistics, and ensure that priorities are aligned to strategic goals.
This is a demanding role where you'll provide direct support to the Head of Transaction Banking Products who requires a highly motivated person looking to work in a fast-paced environment and complete a variety of ad hoc tasks to support their agenda.
We’re looking for someone who can plan and prioritise, remains calm under pressure, a strong communicator including with senior leaders, who has a proven and working understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint), and who pays attention to detail.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

What you’ll need
We welcome people from a range of role backgrounds, but we do need to see the following as minimum for consideration:
- Highly organised, effective planning and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work at pace and handle conflicting priorities
- High level of communication skills, with the confidence and creativity to communicate to a range of audiences including senior executives
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Self-motivated and takes initiative to see tasks through to completion
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant (PA) / Senior Business Support Assistant (SBSA) role is highly desirab
