About the role

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in enabling effective leadership across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems before they arise, and can expertly balance discretion with proactivity. You will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day priorities, streamline communication, and ensure operational efficiency at the executive level.

Responsibilities 

• Plan and manage the CEO’s agenda, travel arrangements, and overall scheduling
• Handle invitations, confirmations, and related correspondence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with other executive offices
• Coordinate meetings and engagements with C-level executives and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Proficiency in all major digital planning and productivity applications
• Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain operationally hands-on while avoiding micromanagement
• Fluency in English is a must. German Language would be a plus - but not mandatory. 
  
• Exceptional conversational and written communication skills
• Strong administrative abilities combined with advanced digital competencies
