Main Responsibilities
- Maintain office organization, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times.
- Manage company calendars, schedule meetings, and handle personnel requests.
- Assist with daily office needs, including coffee runs and general team support.
- Track birthdays and arrange gifts or celebrations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Process and upload invoices as requested by management.
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Support other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Run various personal errands.
- Organize leadership team and personal events.
- Find and book hotels, restaurants, and activities for executives.
Core Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- A keen eye for cleanliness and order, ensuring the office is always well-maintained.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal.
- A valid Category B driver’s license.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 1700- 2950 EUR/Month.
