A friendly client living in Groby requires a Personal Assistant to support them.  

Role Requirements

You will be required to support the client with: 

  • Engaging in conversation
  • Playing cards
  • Assisting with hobbies
  • Assisting with community outings 
  • Domestic duties, including light cleaning in the kitchen and hallway, cooking and cleaning up, laundry, changing bed linen, cleaning the bathroom
  • Making shopping lists
  • Supporting with mail

6 hours per week, preferred times:

Tuesday 6pm-8pm

Wednesday 6pm-8pm

Thursday 6pm-8pm


The client has Autism Spectrum Disorder and a Learning Disability, which affects them with the following:

Impairment with spatial awareness, balance and coordination.

Social skill difficulties.

Anxiety / depression.

Communication or language difficulties.

Social isolation.
The client requires time to process complex information. They require information to be broken down to help them understand what is being said, particularly if the subject is confusing or there are lots of things to talk about.

The client enjoys going for walks, going to the cinema, bowling and shopping. They also enjoy going to the local social club.

The client also enjoys going to football matches, circuit training each week, and playing golf.

The Personal Assistant will be required to have a full, clean UK driving licence. Mileage will be paid by the client.
