Personal Assistant to Founder - Dubai

Traffic Label is a fast-growing, data-driven technology company operating in the iGaming and affiliate marketing space, building scalable products focused on performance, analytics, and automation across global markets.

We are looking for an energetic, sharp, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our Founder in Dubai.
This is not a traditional desk-based PA position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the move, knows Dubai inside out, and is naturally good at getting things organised and making things happen.
Your responsibilities will be varied: organising travel and itineraries, viewing properties, helping with relocation, coordinating social arrangements, setting up an office, finding the right local services, and taking care of whatever needs to be done.
You will become a trusted go-to person for the Founder in Dubai — someone who can take ownership of a request from start to finish and confidently find solutions along the way.

• Plan and coordinate travel, bookings, logistics, and itineraries

• Research and visit properties and coordinate with agents

• Support relocation and other practical arrangements in Dubai

• Help coordinate and set up a new office

• Organise social occasions, reservations, events, and personal arrangements

• Find and coordinate trusted local suppliers and service providers

• Handle a variety of personal and administrative requests

• Keep track of priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups

• Take ownership of tasks and make sure they get completed

• Quickly find practical solutions when unexpected situations arise

• Provide reliable day-to-day support to the Founder

• Currently based in Dubai and confident navigating the city

• Previous experience in a PA, EA, Lifestyle Management, Concierge, or similar role is preferred

• Energetic, proactive, and highly organised

• Resourceful with a strong “get things done” mindset

• Able to work independently and take ownership

• Excellent communication and people skills

• High level of English, both written and spoken

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities

• Excellent attention to detail

• Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy

• Confident dealing with agents, suppliers, service providers, and different stakeholders
