Own end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products in iGaming, crypto and sports. Create responsive interfaces, design systems, reusable components, developer-ready Figma files, prototypes, and improve products via analytics and user feedback while collaborating with PMs and engineers.

Build and lead an outbound sales team to convert registered users into depositing customers, re-engage inactive users, and generate new business. Create scalable processes, call scripts, and KPIs; conduct sales calls; coach and review team performance; collaborate with CRM, marketing and operations; deliver commercial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead group-wide marketing for Traffic Label and Sway Gaming, owning full-funnel strategy and execution across performance, brand, content, and product marketing. Oversee acquisition channels (SEO, PPC, affiliate, display, programmatic, social), build and mentor marketing teams, manage budgets, drive data-informed optimisation aligned to business KPIs, support commercial strategy and new brand launches, and ensure compliance with industry trends and regulations in iGaming.

Perform analytics (80%) and data engineering/automation (20%) to deliver dashboards, KPIs, and business reporting. Build and maintain ELT pipelines and data models, integrate APIs and databases, write optimized SQL, use Python for automation, monitor data quality, and support player behaviour, CRM, fraud, commercial, and financial analytics.
