Provide proactive, hands-on personal and administrative support to the Founder in Dubai. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, itineraries, properties, relocation, office setup, social arrangements, suppliers, reservations, deadlines, and follow-ups. The role requires independently managing varied requests, solving practical problems, navigating Dubai confidently, and ensuring tasks are completed reliably and discreetly.

Owns end-to-end People Operations across international entities, including employee lifecycle processes, HRIS administration, documentation, payroll-impacting changes, policies, performance support, employee relations, and manager coaching. The role uses workforce data to identify risks, improves and automates processes, maintains the People Operations playbook, and provides practical guidance on sensitive employee matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive frontend applications using React and Next.js. Translate Figma designs into production-ready interfaces, integrate APIs and backend services, and work within a microservices architecture. Contribute to frontend architecture, technical decisions, code quality, troubleshooting, and performance improvements. Collaborate with the CTO and technology team while managing tasks through Jira and Slack.

Own end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products in iGaming, crypto and sports. Create responsive interfaces, design systems, reusable components, developer-ready Figma files, prototypes, and improve products via analytics and user feedback while collaborating with PMs and engineers.

Build and lead an outbound sales team to convert registered users into depositing customers, re-engage inactive users, and generate new business. Create scalable processes, call scripts, and KPIs; conduct sales calls; coach and review team performance; collaborate with CRM, marketing and operations; deliver commercial reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
