In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to the CEO.

The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level executive and administrative support, ensuring the seamless operation of the CEO’s office within a dynamic luxury hospitality environment. The role acts as a trusted partner, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic leadership by managing priorities, communication, and sensitive matters with discretion, efficiency, and a strong sense of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar, including meetings, travel, and high-level engagements
  • Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and detailed minutes
  • Act as a gatekeeper and ambassador of the CEO’s office, ensuring professional and brand-aligned communication
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Liaise with senior leadership, hotel General Managers, owners, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries related to business performance
  • Coordinate international travel, itineraries, and luxury-level logistics
  • Support strategic projects and follow up on key initiatives across departments
  • Organize high-profile events, board meetings, and VIP engagements
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards and excellence in all interactions

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / PA to senior leadership
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a high-end service environment is highly desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong asset
  • Experience supporting C-level executives and managing high-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service-oriented mindset aligned with luxury hospitality standards
  • Proactive, solution-driven approach
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Cultural awareness and ability to interact with international stakeholders
  • Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 4-6 years experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior leadership
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
