Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance efficiency in permit application and approval processes.
- Coordinate regulatory submissions and ensure timely follow-ups with relevant authorities.

- Act as a liaison between internal project teams and external stakeholders to improve responsiveness and communication.

- Provide administrative and coordination support to allow core project teams to focus on strategic and delivery-critical activities.

Requirements
Requirements & Skills
- Candidate with 3–5 years of experience dealing with government permits, municipal authorities, NEMC, TCRA/TCAA, land offices, or infrastructure approvals would likely be a strong fit regardless of which of the above degrees they hold.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Familiarity with telecommunications regulators (e.g., NEMC, TCAA, or equivalent) and permitting processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong coordination, planning, and follow-up skills across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tools and reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration
- Strong understanding of government procedures, permits, regulations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB), Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management or Environmental Science
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, legal requirements, permits, and government processes.
