- Assist with organizing permit applications, fee information, signatures, plan sets, and supporting documentation.
- Help track application status, deadlines, agency comments, inspections, and project milestones.
- Research jurisdictional filing requirements with guidance from the permitting team.
- Gather information from permitting, design, and project team members to support active applications.
- Help maintain organized agency information and electronic and paper project records.
- Exposure to active permit applications and jurisdictional approval processes.
- An understanding of how permitting supports the land development lifecycle.
- Experience collaborating with permitting professionals, designers, engineers, and project teams.
