Job Summary
The Perioperative Specialist will generate Hemodynamic Monitoring (HDM) sales from a portfolio of accounts in accordance with agreed targets and to maximise company profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and effectively execute territory level business plans, which includes effective analysis of territory level data, environmental scan, identification of opportunities and risks, development & tracking execution against account & customer plans & alignment with the national strategy.
- Maximize sales focused face-to-face customer interactions.
- Identify, validate & develop new sales opportunities including effective customer mapping & identification of resources required to execute on sales opportunities.
- Liaise with local Key Opinion Leaders & Influencers in order to keep Masimo apprised of latest HDM research, trends & competitive activity as well as to promote Masimo as a key player in the HDM market.
- Build customer advocacy that will enable Masimo HDM products to be recommended & used for the appropriate patient.
- Maintain & leverage the CRM tool to assess & adjust investment to ensure alignment to opportunities.
- Adherence to all company principles, policies, including safety & local regulations.
- Actively participate in all meetings, events, coordination & conferences as assigned.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales or related business development experience in the medical device industry.
- Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring an advantage.

Education
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000- $90,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for variable compensation up to $115,000 at 100% of annual objectives.
Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer sales calls on a daily basis. Must be able to travel extensively (both domestically and locally), so the ability to travel by air and operate a motor vehicle is required. Must have a valid Driver’s license with a driving record that meets company’s insurance requirements. It also requires frequent driving, sitting, standing and walking. May stand for extended periods when facilitating customer meetings or walking in the facilities. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.
