All about the role:
We are looking for a Performance Test Specialist to work as part of the PL Care R&D Organization inside DW Performance laboratory based in Zarow (Poland), contributing directly to the test execution of dishwasher cleaning and drying deliverables as well as supporting the development/analysis of cycles and machine functionality.
What you'll do:
Execution of laboratory tests according to the procedures reported on international standards (IEC, EN, AS/NZS, AHAM), consumer test protocols (ICRT, StiWa) and internal Test Manuals, consisting of:
Preparation of food products as soiling agents
Soiling of dishes as defined in the applicable standard
Evaluation of cleaning and drying performance as per standardized protocols
Installation/preparation of appliance on lab test stations
Handling of data acquisition systems and preparation of test reports
Use of internal tools for data analysis and elaboration
Critical analysis of test results
Support Lab internal processes such as post-treatment / prototype handling / laboratory equipment management / soiling agents & detergents management
Keeping the performance lab’s equipment in a good condition
Take part in improvements of Lab processes and development of new test protocols to fulfill project and consumer needs
Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment and data acquisitions system
Drive the introduction of new standardized protocols and/or modifications to the current standards in the lab routine procedures
Cooperate with Functional reference on the analysis of cycle characteristics
Who you are:
Technical High School degree (chemistry area would be a plus)
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and data analysis
Curiosity and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, good communication skills
IT skills (MS Office, Windows)
Autonomous and pro-active mindset
English, with good written and verbal communication skills
Dishwasher product knowledge is a plus
