Your impact:

  • Leading lean transformation projects in a rapidly growing organization.

  • Developing company-specific concepts, methods and tools aimed at increasing added value and ensuring continuous process improvement.

  • Planning, organizing and monitoring activities (projects, workshops, etc.) related to process optimization in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Supporting managers and employees in implementing improvement initiatives.

  • Systematically documenting tasks, processes and results, including calculating potential savings.

  • Applying agile methods.

  • Cooperating closely with Change Management teams in other plants (including Germany, France, Turkey and China).

  • Optimizing processes by raising lean awareness across the organization through coaching and training.

  • Carrying out additional implementation projects commissioned by the company’s management board.

  • Leading the implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles, including the Lean "pillar house" framework (e.g., pillars for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people development).

  • Apply DMAIC methodology or other structured problem-solving approaches (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt tools) to identify root causes, analyze data, and drive sustainable improvements across production lines.

Profile:

  • Higher technical education (mechanical engineering, electronics or similar), supplemented with training or postgraduate studies in lean management.

  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing lean management projects.

  • Strong moderation and presentation skills, as well as a structured, goal-oriented and collaborative working style, supported by strong communication abilities and enthusiasm.

  • Hands-on leadership experience in managing Lean projects.

  • Passion and a deep belief in the value of lean implementation.

  • Very good knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and the ability to apply them effectively.

  • High level of analytical thinking.

  • Good command of English; knowledge of German will be an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, also under time pressure.

  • Creativity in solving problems and seeking new, unconventional solutions.

  • Fluent use of standard software; familiarity with Industry 4.0 tools and SAP will be an additional asset.
