About Performance Group

The Performance group provides performance information and portfolio analysis for Fidelity International Limited (FIL) worldwide.  The department is located in Dublin and consists of several teams that provide a variety of investment performance related services and analysis to all areas of the FIL business. The group comprises of teams that are responsible for performance measurement and portfolio analysis for over 2000 Institutional and Retail funds. The data provided will include fund and benchmark returns, performance attribution, as well as ex-post risk analysis. Another team will take responsibility for data integrity on the team’s core database. The Oversight team is responsible for calculating Portfolio Manager Compensation metrics and supporting our GIPS compliance, supporting regulatory initiatives and on providing more complex analysis and supporting senior management reporting.

Purpose of your role

The performance oversight team is responsible for ensuring our compliance with the GIPS® standards and regulatory performance and risk (KIIDs, PRIIPs). The team works closely with senior investment staff to compute PM variable compensation and all senior management and board reporting. The team works with many stakeholders in both the investment and distribution business. The team will be based in Dublin and Guargon.

What you’ll do

Principle duties:

•             Production of PM compensation reports

•             Creating and maintaining composites

•             Management of regulatory ex-post risk for UCITS KIID (SRII) & PRIPPs (SRI)

•             Participation in the annual GIPS® audit

•             Responding to ad-hoc queries and requests for analysis

•             Working closely with the retail and institutional teams for composite analysis

•             Involvement in projects and systems testing as required.
