transformative model that connects retailers, publishers, and advertisers in new and profitable 

ways. Our platform makes it easy to forge partnerships and create novel placements across 

commerce content publishers and retailers, enabling all parties to tap into high-intent audiences, 

boost revenue, and scale performance efficiently. 


For retailers, our direct partnership model opens up incremental revenue streams in commerce 

media. Advertisers are taking advantage of new partnership types and channels we are creating 

in content and shopping.  Commerce content publishers leverage impact.com’s technology to 

monetize their content with contextual product placements. By placing our platform and 

centering around partnerships, we’re driving greater transparency, profitability, and customer 

growth across the performance marketing ecosystem.  

We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Buyer who thrives on aggressive testing, 

creative iteration, and maximizing ROI across Meta and TikTok ad platforms. This role requires 

someone who is laser-focused on results - scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t, and 

constantly testing new creative angles to drive performance. 

Beyond traditional paid media buying, you’ll also have experience with affiliate marketing, and 

knowledge about the emerging creator affiliate space. You understand how to amplify influencer 

content to drive key performance metrics such as sales, installs, downloads. If you are 

passionate about performance marketing and demonstrate how to scale campaigns, this role is 

for you.

What You'll Do:  

  • Media Buying & Optimization: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta 

(Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, allocating budgets aggressively based on 

performance. 

  • Creative Testing & Iteration: Drive daily creative testing process, iterating on ad creatives 

to maximize conversion rates and scale winners. 

  • Creator Affiliate Marketing: Work with influencer client content and creator-generated 

content, strategically amplifying videos to drive measurable results (e.g., sales, installs, 

CPA-based performance). 

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed CPA, CPC, and conversion 

targets  

  • Develop and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to meet or exceed 

campaign and/or advertiser goals 

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROAS for advertisers  
  • Create detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights 
  • Ability to create dashboards or populate dashboards to communicate status and results  
  • Stay current with platform updates and emerging digital marketing trends 
  • Presenting campaign results to clients 
  • Mentoring and training of junior team members

What You Have:

  • 5 years of campaign management experience in paid media performance marketing with proven results 
  • Bonus:  experience with major social platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Snap, Pinterest, etc 
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, influencer amplification, and performance-driven campaign structures. 
  • Previous experience in DTC, eCommerce, fintech, apps, or subscription-based businesses. 
  • Experience working with e-commerce brands and driving online sales conversions 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed CPA, CPC, and sales conversion KPIs 
  • Proficient in conversion rate optimization techniques and A/B testing 
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform campaign strategy 
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and campaign measurement 
  • Experience with ad creative optimization and audience targeting 

Desired Experience 

  • Experience with additional platforms such as Google Ads or DV360. 
  • Understanding of Affiliate marketing platforms 
  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment 
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
