Seven Retail Group is looking for multiple Performance Marketing headcounts to support our growth across brands and channels, including:

Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving data-driven marketing initiatives to increase sales, user acquisition, and brand awareness across Seven Retail’s portfolio. The role involves owning and optimizing performance channels, translating data into actionable insights, and collaborating closely with Brand and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Meta, Google (SEM, Discovery, Display), YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and SEO
- Own full-funnel campaign execution, from planning to optimization, with a strong focus on ROI and growth metrics
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify opportunities, draw insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including channel performance review, key learnings, and action plans
- Continuously run A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing, and other stakeholders) to ensure campaign alignment and execution excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (level adjusted based on role)
- Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into strategy and actionable insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
