We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will manage and optimise our multichannel campaigns. By exploiting the full range of digital marketing approaches, they will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Manage ad network accounts, making daily adjustments
- Report on conversion metrics across our multichannel campaigns
- Plan media buying campaigns, including daily budgets and expected results
- Specify important tracking events and work with our technical team to validate their accuracy
- Work with the content team to ensure we have the right balance of formats and messaging for our digital campaigns
- Identify opportunities for improvement of systems, processes, practices, cost reduction, and productivity
- Work with data analysts to optimise campaign efficiency whilst we continue to scale
- Work with senior management to understand and shape the long-term approach to digital marketing
- 1 to 2 years of digital marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience running multichannel campaigns in Egypt
- Experience with app campaigns
- Good understanding of multi-touch attribution approach is a plus
