Create and review K–12 programming curriculum and instructional content, derive course structure from textbooks, identify gaps, develop assessments and learning objectives, and ensure translated Arabic content meets linguistic and cultural needs.

Create and review accounting instructional content and assessments, derive course structure from curricula, identify gaps for improvement, and ensure translated Arabic content is linguistically and culturally appropriate. Develop learning objectives, measure student progress, and collaborate with the team to refine curriculum for K–12 learners.

Monitor and evaluate mathematics tutors, facilitate onboarding and communication between tutors and cross-functional teams, track assignments and performance, escalate technical issues, and relay tutor feedback to content teams to ensure quality and alignment with standards.

Provide primary customer support across calls, email, and chat for online learners; resolve queries within SLA, identify needs, guide feature use, monitor social media complaints, and collaborate with staff to improve the learning experience. Work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
