Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta
(Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn
● Drive performance marketing across the full funnel — awareness, acquisition,
retargeting, and conversion
● Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and CPA targets
● Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
● A/B test creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments
● Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for campaign assets
● Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to stay ahead
● Recommend and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Requirements:
● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing
● Proven track record in managing performance campaigns with measurable ROI
● Strong command over Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools
● Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
● Experience working with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, etc.)
● Analytical mindset with a creative edge
● Excellent communication and reporting skills
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
Preferred (Nice to Have):
● Experience in SaaS, tech, or AI-related industries
● Basic knowledge of SEO, email automation, or CRM tools
● Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
