Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive qualified leads for our business. ● Campaign Management: Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis. ● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SEM/PPC specialists, providing guidance on best practices, campaign strategies, and performance optimization. ● Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing ROI. ● Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and recommendations. ● A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to continually improve performance. ● Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports and provide regular updates to senior management on campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities. ● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing goals. ● Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEM and digital marketing to keep campaigns innovative and competitive. Qualifications: ● Experience: 3+ years of experience in SEM, with a focus on lead generation through Google Ads and Facebook Ads. At least 2 years of experience in managing and leading a team. ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. Experience with bid management tools is a plus. ● Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. ● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly. ● Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Certifications: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are preferred.
