Lead video content strategy and production for Lokal Matrimony, including UGC videos, product explainers, promotional reels, scripts, on-camera presentations, and ad creatives. Research audiences and trends, collaborate on shoots and editing, and analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and app installs. Develop and optimize creative variations for Meta and Google/YouTube campaigns to improve engagement, user acquisition, and conversions.

Own product strategy and roadmap initiatives across pricing, payments, growth, retention, expansion, and platform strategy. Improve payment success and checkout experiences, design pricing experiments, develop acquisition and retention strategies, strengthen verification and support workflows, and use behavioral analysis and gamification to increase engagement and revenue. Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable product outcomes.

Make outbound calls to current and prospective wellness buddies, follow up on marketing leads, explain products and services, maintain interaction records, meet call and conversion targets, and train and onboard new wellness buddies. The role requires Marathi and English fluency, patience with rejection, strong communication and negotiation skills, and basic CRM and Excel knowledge.

Own and scale Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for GyanTV user acquisition. Optimize CPI, CAC, ROI, retention, budgets, and campaign funnels; analyze performance data and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and growth teams to identify drop-offs, improve campaign efficiency, and achieve acquisition targets.

Track CAC, ROAS, CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, and LTV; analyze customer and campaign data; develop performance reports; collaborate with creative teams; and translate insights into acquisition and business growth recommendations.

Reviews Telugu and English scripts, videos, AI conversations, and digital content for language, factual, cultural, creative, visual, and performance quality. Evaluates storytelling, editing, subtitles, graphics, thumbnails, AI-generated voices and visuals, pronunciation, and conversational flow. Uses performance data to identify quality gaps, improves QC processes, maintains documentation, and collaborates with writers, editors, creators, and language teams to standardize quality.

Reviews Tamil scripts, videos, AI conversations, and digital content for language, factual, creative, visual, cultural, and performance quality. Own GyanTV’s social media presence across major platforms. Develop content strategies and calendars, create short-form videos and other engaging formats, write hooks and CTAs, identify trends, manage campaigns, engage with audiences, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to improve reach, engagement, app installs, subscriptions, and organic and paid content performance.
