The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition through high-impact paid campaigns across digital channels.
Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other channels
- Drive high-quality lead acquisition and improve funnel conversion
- Continuously optimise budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve performance
- Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
Work closely with content/design teams to improve ad effectiveness
