The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Lingo Division. Working on Lingo, you will help build a next-generation technology that enables individuals to make decisions about how to improve energy, lose weight or enhance athletic performance. The Lingo team embodies a start-up culture and mindset with the backing of Abbott, a company with a rich history of healthcare innovation.

As the Performance Marketing Manager for Lingo, you will be an instrumental part of our growth trajectory as we bring an exciting new product to market. You will own all growth and performance media campaigns from strategy to execution, working closely with our media agency and cross functionally with key teams across the organization.

What You’ll Work On

  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and drive new user growth by managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Search, Social, and Display.
  • Manage the relationship with our media agency, analyzing data to uncover growth opportunities and refine strategies to optimize for impact.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
  • Design and execute A/B tests across various touchpoints to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and overall campaign performance.
  • Develop and present recommendations showcasing progress, results, and strategic initiatives to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Identify and test new channels, formats, and strategies to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative, DTC, finance, analytics, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (± 16 years) in related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience with SEO, SEM and Social Media best practices preferred.

The base pay for this position is

$109,300.00 – $218,500.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
