Job Description:

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you have the opportunity to lead data-driven revenue growth for Envista’s portfolio of brands. You will be a leader in the Global Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to ensure a timely delivery of all digital experiences globally with both our direct and indirect businesses.

The Performance Marketing Manager will play a leading role in the management of digital awareness, education, and conversion with the goal of driving revenue, user acquisitions, and brand recognition. This manager will take the lead on delivering growth by optimizing traffic channels including Paid Search (SEM), Organic/SEO, email marketing, personalization, and content.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to deliver reports to senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs.

The candidate will also be responsible for forecasting and estimating the profitability of those campaigns. This role demands expertise in personalization, accessibility, and content strategy to ensure that digital marketing efforts are inclusive and resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategy & Collaboration: Understand overarching business objectives and strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Personalization: Develop and implement personalized marketing strategies that cater to specific audience segments, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Accessibility: Ensure all digital marketing content and experiences are accessible to all users, adhering to global accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of content strategies that align with brand messaging, SEO best practices, and audience needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Support revenue growth for multiple operating companies through end-to-end management of paid and organic marketing programs, focusing on new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Optimization: Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
  • Channel Management: Manage SEO, analytics, and paid digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Attribution & Analytics: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of a unified multi-touch attribution model, tracking performance analytics to measure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign efficacy and value to the business.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Socialize channel strategy, priorities, and goals to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective performance marketing management.
  • Agency Collaboration: Partner closely with external agencies on the implementation and performance optimization of traffic, revenue, customer acquisition, database growth, and ROAS.
  • Training & Development: Create and maintain training documentation and train colleagues as needed.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, including personalization, accessibility, and content strategy, and educate the business.
  • Additional Projects: Assist with additional projects as defined by your manager.

    Job Requirements:

    REQUIRED:

    • BS/BA degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.

    • 3+ years of performance marketing experience managing SEO, analytics (GA4), and digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and organic search.

    • Ability to travel, when needed.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Curiosity & Data-Driven Mindset: Relentlessly curious, customer-centric, and data-driven, with a proven track record of turning insights into successful tactics.

    • Personalization Expertise: Experience developing and executing personalized marketing strategies across digital channels.

    • Accessibility Knowledge: Understanding of global accessibility standards and the ability to ensure digital marketing efforts meet these standards.

    • Content Strategy: Strong background in content strategy, including content creation, SEO best practices, and audience engagement.

    • Digital Marketing Platforms: Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Acquia, VWO, and Monsido is a plus.

    • Analysis & Reporting: Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

    • Certifications: Google Analytics and Ads certifications are a plus.

    CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE/PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • SEM Campaigns: Successfully executed and led SEM campaigns with proven optimization tactics, showing strong ROAS and results aligned to goals.

    • Agency Management: Experience in managing RFP processes to acquire agencies of record for paid and organic channels and overseeing ongoing relationships.

    • Data Proficiency: Highly proficient in data analysis, leveraging metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.

    • Leadership Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating with customers, peers, colleagues, and executives, with the ability to articulate goals, progress, and priorities in written, verbal, and presentation formats.

    Target Market Salary Range:

    Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
