Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager for the Scandinavian region, you will build and optimize high-performing marketing funnels that drive scalable growth for PERGOLUX, the world’s leading pergola e-commerce brand. You’ll take ownership of full-funnel strategy, lead creative-driven performance campaigns, and unlock new channels that elevate our presence across Europe and beyond. What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize the full marketing funnel for your market, from awareness through to conversion.

• Develop media-mix strategies focused on Meta, Google, and email marketing to maximize performance.

• Lead creative-driven performance campaigns and identify new channel opportunities for growth.

• Manage end-to-end execution across paid and organic channels, ensuring strong delivery and results.

• Analyze key metrics (ROAS, CAC, revenue growth) and implement insights-driven optimizations.
  

• Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable success.

• Deep understanding of funnel strategy and how to nurture audiences from awareness to purchase.

• Solid knowledge of paid social and search advertising, including creative and keyword strategy.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
