As a Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media), you will own our paid acquisition efforts across multiple platforms, playing a relevant role in driving sustainable growth. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns while balancing scale, efficiency, and profitability.This role sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and business impact. You will manage budgets, drive acquisition efficiency, and continuously improve CAC, ROAS, and ROI, working closely with the Creative, Product, and Data teams to unlock growth opportunities through paid channels.

What You’ll Do 🎯
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.

  • Own performance targets, including CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, and ROI, ensuring campaigns meet efficiency and growth goals.

  • Manage and allocate campaign budgets, striking a balance between experimentation and scalable, profitable growth.

  • Coordinate and manage the creative pipeline: define creative needs, brief designers and creators, test variations, and iterate based on performance insights.

  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively optimize targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and funnels.

  • Design and run structured experiments (A/B tests) across ads, audiences, formats, and landing experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Creative, and Data teams to align paid media with broader growth initiatives.

  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats, and best practices across paid media ecosystems.

What You’ll Need ✅
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing / paid media campaigns in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Experience managing paid media budgets over 35,000 $/month in ad spends with clear ownership and accountability.

  • Proven experience running and scaling campaigns at least on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV) and how to optimize toward business outcomes.

  • Background in gaming or creator economy industries, or relevant experience at agencies with tech clients.

  • Ability to identify and create audience segments based on interest behaviour, geos and demographics.

  • Experience working with creative testing frameworks and managing a high-volume creative flow.

  • Confidence working in dashboards, spreadsheets, and analytics tools to extract insights and guide decisions.

  • Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable next steps.

  • Basic skills in video editing, graphic design and/or copywriting.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying growth frameworks.

  • 2️⃣ Hiring Manager Interview – Dive deeper into the role expectations and how you approach growth with the Hiring manager and our in-house responsible for Acquisition (Up to 90 min).

  • 3️⃣ Technical Challenge – Complete a real-world task aligned with your future responsibilities (Up to 60 min).

  • 4️⃣ Technical Interview – Discuss your thinking, approach and experience with growth tools, analysis and execution with our Data Director and our Lead Omnichannel Analytics (45 min).

  • 5️⃣ Final Interview with the Department VP – Wrap-up conversation to align on expectations and motivation (45 min).
