  • Work with the Data Analytics team to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization.

  • Provide real-time insights and performance forecasts to inform key stakeholders and adjust strategies based on event demands.

  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker, Tableau, and other data visualization tools to track success metrics and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and QA ad operations to ensure seamless execution and analytics tracking.

  • Develop sophisticated audience segmentation strategies to tailor ads based on country, fanbase, language, and device.

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives on ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure ad content is data-driven, locally relevant, and aligned with FIFA World Cup 26™ brand guidelines.

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to evaluate FIFA World Cup 26™ campaigns relative to industry trends and identify opportunities for increased visibility and engagement.

  • Monitor market-specific trends, ensuring campaign strategies align with regional fan behaviors and ticket sales objectives.

  • Work closely with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to align performance marketing efforts with broader business goals.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in performance marketing with a key focus on Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.

  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, META Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. Experience with global analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and performance reporting, ideally on an international scale.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex insights and campaign performance to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
