What you will be working on:

  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other advertising networks.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to guide creative asset production and testing based on performance data.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to continually refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics including CPI, CAC, LTV, ROI, and user funnel effectiveness to optimize user acquisition.
  • Oversee and direct App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts and manage relationships with external marketing agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to keep ahead in the industry.
  • Drive product enhancements by leveraging data from performance marketing campaigns and maintaining oversight of product metrics

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the mobile apps sector.
  • Strong proficiency in managing digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
  • Experience with measurement platforms like AppsFlyer, Mixpanel and RevenueCat.
  • Good understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • A creative, curious, and growth-driven mindset with an ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Skills Required
